In the heart of Kralingen, just around the corner from Panda Pizza, you’ll find CUP N CRUST Rotterdam, a little spot where two of life’s great pleasures come together: specialty coffee and freshly baked focaccia. It’s all in the name!
The cup is poured with care: think espresso, flat white, cappuccino or latte macchiato, made using beans from local roasters like Grounded Craft Coffee, and brewed on their pride and joy: the Slayer espresso machine. Prefer something cooler? They’ve got mocktails like the Mojito Sparkle and Virgin Colada, iced coffee, smoothies and fresh juices too.
Then there’s the crust: pillowy focaccia, soft and airy on the inside, golden and crispy on the outside — just the way it should be. It’s baked the traditional way and fresh daily by the pizzaioli next door, topped with flavour-packed combos like veal and rocket, smoked salmon and dill, or spicy salami and basil. Simple, fresh and all about that perfect bite.
