Refund and Returns Policy
We hope you love your order from HTSPT – whether it’s a city guide, tote bag, or digital download. But if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Physical Products
Changed your mind? No problem. You can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery. Simply email us at shop@htspt.co to let us know you’d like to return your order.
A few things to keep in mind:
– Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
– We’ll refund the product price (excluding original shipping costs) once we’ve received the return in good condition.
– Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.
– Want a different item? Please return your product and place a new order.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital items (like e-books), these cannot be returned or refunded once downloaded.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Did your order arrive damaged or incorrect? That’s on us – and we’ll make it right.
Please email shop@htspt.co with a photo of the item and packaging within 5 days of delivery. We’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
Outside the Netherlands?
We currently only ship within the Netherlands, but we’re happy to make exceptions. Just email us at shop@htspt.co and we’ll see what we can do!
