On Taco Tuesdays they serve surprise tacos for a small price! Casual? Yes. But always made with quality ingredients and creative twists that go way beyond your standard bar food. The drink menu is just as strong, with craft beers, Mexican brews, smoky mezcal, aged tequila and cocktails that make it hard to call it a night.

Fun fact: In Spanish, the word silbar means to whistle. A cheeky nod to the Dutch fluitje (a small beer glass) and the relaxed, round-after- round atmosphere they’ve built!
