The Goudsesingel has welcomed a new hotspot to the mix and we are here for it! Bar Bocht, located next to Rotterdam’s acclaimed Restaurant Rotonde, is actually brought to you by the same creative team.
The name? A cheeky nod to the Dutch slang bocht for bad wine — but don’t worry, you won’t find any of that here.
This is a bar in every sense of the word, breakfast bar, beer bar, cocktail bar, the list goes on and on. During the day, you’ll find coffee from local roasters, homemade pastries and laid-back lunches. By evening, it transforms into a cosy mix of a Parisian wine bar and classic Rotterdam brown café, serving up snacks, natural wines, craft beers and cocktails.
