What started in founder Kim Sue Palm’s own kitchen has grown into a much-loved spot for all-day breakfast, colourful lunches and, of course, their famous bites that are almost too pretty to eat. Think French toast with cashew cream, carrot cake granola bowls, smoked ‘salmon’ toast, summer salads, banana bread with almond butter, fresh juices and even a glass of natural wine if you’re in the mood. Just a short walk away, on the Goudsesingel, you’ll find the SUE Bakery — where the magic happens. Peek into the open kitchen and see the bites, banana breads and cookies being made by hand.
